Delivery

We aim to dispatch items within 7 working days of receipt of payment, sometimes they may take a little longer as the items are handmade, the upside of this is, if you’d like something a little longer or shorter we can accommodate this, just make sure you send an email with the details immediately following your order.

UK Delivery Charges

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for goods under the value of £25 and Special delivery for goods over £25 both require a signature upon receipt.

We regret we cannot guarantee Saturday Sunday Bank Holiday delivery.

Postage & Packing charge of £3.50 goods up to the value of £25

Postage & Packing Free of charge* goods over the value of £25 (UK only)

Overseas Delivery

We deliver worldwide signed for airmail. Please add the following extra postage to all goods. Some heavier items may require additional postage & insurance but we’ll email you to let you know.

Outside the EU you may have to pay import duties. We cannot mark the parcel Gift or sample.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, if you have changed your mind and need to make a return, then simply follow the three easy steps below:

STEP 1:
Please complete the relevant section of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

STEP 2:
Attach the pre-printed address label from the packing slip onto your parcel (please note this label is not pre-paid).

STEP 3:
Return the parcel using Royal Mail Standard Services. If sending from a mainland Post Office we would recommend obtaining a 'proof of postage' certificate, available free on request.

Are returns free of charge?

Customers frequently ask us why we don't offer free returns on everything. The answer is we would like to but, if we did, the cost would have to be absorbed into the prices we charge for our products, which goes against our belief in honest, up-front pricing.

Want to exchange an item?

If you are returning an item but wish to reorder rather than simply being refunded, we will gladly refund the cost of your return postage AND send you a replacement free of charge. All we ask is that you return the item(s) to us in perfect, saleable condition, complete with all the labels and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. We will send your replacement(s) free of any post & package charge and will refund the cost of your return postage using Royal Mail Standard Services.
