Supply of Products or Services

No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Oska Bespoke Jewellery until an email is sent by Oska Bespoke Jewellery to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made. This confirmation email amounts to our acceptance of your offer to buy goods or services from Oska Bespoke Jewellery and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether you receive the email or not. We are at liberty to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This applies also to the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Oska Bespoke Jewellery website.

We are not liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit & debit card payments via our totally secure online facility courtesy of PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Descriptions

Descriptions are those commonly held in the trade and have been given names by ourselves. There may be small variations in size and colour of items. This is normal and is in the nature of the products. We aim to show the colour as clearly as possible.

Guarantee

Oska Jewellery guarantee that all products will perform as stated when used according to the instructions. All our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with your product, return it to us strictly within 14 days and you will receive a refund less the cost of postage and packaging.

Additional Information

Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.

Due to certain manufacturing processes we are unable to guarantee colour continuity. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads may discolour over time we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinitely. Also customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colouring as we want to make sure that all customers will be delighted with their items.
